We want to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their order. 

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind,

we will provide free returns for a full refund as long as: 

  • You notify us with in 30 days of the item being delivered.
  • Item is in an unused  and sellabe condition
  • All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

We aim to issue a refund with in 7 days of receiving your item back. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.


Returning your item

Simply fill out the return form that came with your package before sending this back. This is to ensure we can identify your package when it is returned to us. 

Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely. If you’re returning footwear, please don’t attach any labels or sticky tape to the footwear box as your return won’t be accepted.

If there is no return label that came with your order. We are happy to send you another returns label. 

International Returns

Our returns process is simple. Depending on the country you are returning from:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, USA

If your are returning your item/s from the above countries, We will email you a prepaid returns label by DPD/DHL. You will be able to drop this to any local drop off locations.

if you don't live in the above countries . We suggest you use your local posting service. Please ensure you use a traceable service and obtain a posting receipt just for piece of mind. You will be responsible for the return cost unless in accordance to your legal rights in your country. Please return your item/s back to:

Faulty/Wrong items
